FIELD: chemistry; electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to obtain a thin-film high-temperature superconductor Bi(Pb)2Sr2Ca2Cu3Ox by pulsed laser application. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that the method of manufacturing a thin-film high-temperature superconductor of the composition Bi-2223 includes the deposition in an oxidative atmosphere of all components of the superconductor of a stoichiometric composition on a monocrystalline substrate of magnesium oxide, wherein after applying superconductor material with thickness of one elementary cell, a layer of lead oxide with thickness of 0.3 to 0.6 nm is applied, process of applying two said layers is repeated as many times as required until the required total thickness of the superconductor film is achieved, after which the entire structure is annealed at temperature of 860-870 °C.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of making thin monocrystalline films of HTSC Bi-2223 on a magnesium oxide substrate, in which the transition to the superconducting state occurs in an abrupt manner at temperature of 110 K, and its width is 1-10 K, high critical current density.
