METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF COMPOSITE MATERIALS ON THE BASE OF HIGH-TEMPERATURE SUPERCONDUCTORS Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2228311 C2

FIELD: magnetometry; radio electronics and computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method of production of composite materials on a base of high-temperature superconductors. The invention is dealt with the fields of magnetometry, radio electronics and computer engineering and may be used in cryoelectronics cryotronics, in particular for a precise measurement of the weak magnetic fields. The method of production of composite materials on the base of the high-temperature superconductors provides for preparation of a composite material out of the high-temperature superconducting ceramics and a dielectric with following their sintering. At that the mixture sintering is first conducted under temperature of 900-950 C within 2-20 minutes, and then keep it under temperature of 350-450 C within 2-10 hours and cool it down together with the furnace. In the capacity of high-temperature ceramics they use Y1-xLuxBa2Cu3O7, where 0≤x≤0,5, and in the capacity of a dielectric they use one of the following oxides: CuO; MgTiO3 and Y3Al5O12. The method ensures production of a material on the base of the high-temperature superconductor possessing high values of sensitivity to a magnetic field and a giant magnetoresistive effect at temperature of 77K and a linear dependence of its electrical resistivity on the magnetic field. EFFECT: the method ensures production of a material possessing high values of sensitivity to a magnetic field and a giant magnetoresistive effect at temperature of 77K with a linear dependence of its electrical resistivity on the magnetic field. 2 tbl, 3 dwg
