FIELD: technology of inorganic fungicides; production of copper oxychloride for control of diseases of plants. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes dissolving copper by alternating current in solution containing up to 400 g/l (by copper) of CuCl2, up to 200 g/l of CaCl2 and 5-20% of HCl. Copper monochloride is separated from solution by cooling, pickling solution is regenerated by electrochemical oxidation in first electrolyzer by univalent copper remaining in solution to bivalent copper at addition of HCl. Copper monochloride is converted to copper oxychloride by dissolving in water and by electrochemical oxidation of CuCl suspension in second electrolyzer; soluble salts are converted for regeneration into cathode space of first electrolyzer wherefrom they are returned after regeneration into second electrolyzer. EFFECT: reduced consumption of raw materials; increased percentage of copper in finished product; absence of copper in waste water. 1 dwg
