FIELD: construction industry, erection of buildings on subsiding soil. SUBSTANCE: joint for integration of foundation and column includes foundation, double-branch column and anchor bolts rigidly joining column to foundation. Novelty of invention lies in manufacture of foundation comprising three members: yoke and two pistons put into yoke with clearance δ around outline. Space of yoke under pistons is filled with sand or crushed stone. Anchor bolts are located on yoke in symmetry. Each branch of column is fitted with anchorage beam with overhanging ends which rests with middle part on foundation piston. Cantilever of each anchorage beam protrudes beyond edge of piston, is put of anchor bolt, bears against its lower bearing nut and further on yoke of foundation through bar of bolt and is fixed on top with the aid of nut. Technical result of invention consist in that displacement goes on smoothly, without jerks in the course of several days due to compression of soil base under piston. Rate of subsidence is adjusted easily by relation of section areas of piston and yoke, leveling of subsidence of all foundations occurs automatically under action of building mass. That is why zero mark of building should be assigned with due account of anticipated settlement of building. Settlement can be accelerated by washing out sand fill from under piston of foundation by water fed under piston under pressure. EFFECT: smooth settlement of column on foundation. 4 dwg
