FIELD: construction industry, control over spatial position of structures and constructions listing as result of nonuniform settlement of ground foundations. SUBSTANCE: procedure controlling list and sinking of solid mass structure includes making of through nozzles in solid foundation plate, installation of double-action hydraulic jacks which force loose material into bed under foundation during single cycle by one stroke of hydraulic jacks and return to initial position. Working cycles are continued till bearing capability of foundation exceeds vertical compression effort created by mass of whole structure and foundation of structure begins squeezing out of ground upwards. Characteristic feature of invention consists in making of central and side nozzles expanding downwards and arranged in symmetry around central nozzle in solid foundation plate of structure. Steel anchor ring comprising two semi-rings is inserted into each nozzle, jack beam is placed above nozzle and is tied to anchor ring by anchor bolts. Double-action hydraulic jacks are positioned between foundation beam and each nozzle and their pistons are linked to jack beam. Hydraulic jack is pulled to jack beam by back stroke, nozzles are filled with loose material up to bearing plate of hydraulic jack which outline follows profile of section of inlet of nozzle. Family of double-action hydraulic jacks located in zone of maximal settling of plate of solid mass structure consolidates ground base gradually diminishing list of solid mass structure by synchronous operation. As list of structure diminishes additional families of double-action hydraulic jacks are put in action enlarging consolidation zone of ground base under foot of plate over area. Cycles are repeated till list of solid mass structure is completely corrected while all hydraulic jacks operate over entire area of foot of plate.
