FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to construction and operation of buildings erected on settling ground. Method for restoring design positioning of foundation and column after their non-uniform settling consists in following. Installed above settled foundation symmetrically relative to column are two double-cantilever beams in function of levers which are longer than l≤H/tgϕ+B, where H - depth of foundation, B - overall dimensions of foundation in plan, ϕ - angle of repose of ground slope. Each lever is pivotally connected by its middle part to column and settled foundation. Shorter cantilever of each beam is rested on base through distributing plate. Longer cantilever of each beam is rested on base through hydraulic jack and distributing plate. After that, poker vibrators are sunk in ground and actuated, thus breaking cohesion between foundation and ground, ground is fluidized, hydraulic jacks are actuated, and foundation together with column is pulled out of ground to required value, and simultaneously recess created under foundation is filled with ground which is fluidized by poker vibrators. Then, poker vibrators are switched off, hydraulic jacks are switched on for reverse stroke to raise opposite end of beam-lever, spacer is placed under it, hydraulic jack is actuated for direct stroke, and cycles are repeated so as to raise foundation together with column to required value. After that, next column is subjected to similar procedure. Application of aforesaid method allows for reducing labour-intensity of operations. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
