METHOD OF FORMATION TEMPORARY ISOLATION MATERIAL AND BAILER FOR METHOD EMBODIMENT Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: oil and gas producing industry; applicable in repair and isolating work in wells. SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of combustible clogging isolating material containing oxidizer, fuel in form of thiocol and its hardener; delivery of said material to interval of formation isolation in well; hardening to obtain plug and its removal by combustion. Combustible clogging material is prepared by parts in stationary conditions. Nonhardening part includes oxidizer, fuel in form of thiocol and additionally epoxy resin ED-20 and separately is prepared parts are mixed with introduction of hardener of said epoxy resin. Obtained material is filled into bailer. The latter is lowered into well on cable and said material is displaced from bailer into interval of formation isolation by means of pressure of gases formed after combustion of charge with help of electric igniter located above clogging material in bailer. Combustible clogging material for temporary isolation of formation used for realization of claimed method includes ammonium perchlorate, and additionally contains epoxy resin ED-20 and resin hardener AF-2, with the following amounts of components, wt.%: ammonium perchlorate 25-35; thiocol 30-35; dibutylphthalate 8.0-12; paste 9 3.0-4.0; diphenylguanidine 0.3-0.4; epoxy resin ED-20 15-18; hardener AF-9 3.0-3.6. Nonhardening part in combustible clogging material is used in form of mixture of ammonium perchlorate, thiocol, dibutyl phthalate and epoxy resin ED-20. Mixture of paste 9 with diphenyl guanidine is used as hardener for fuel in form of thiocol. Bailer used for embodiment of claimed method has body with windows in upper part, cover on shearing members, grate-splitter separating bailer cavity into two chambers: upper chamber for accommodation of charge with electric igniter, and lower chamber housing clogging material, head for introduction of cable and plug. The latter is made in form of flexible combustible membrane of segment shape whose spherical surface is facing body cover from same material of combustible clogging material and serving as body bottom part. Membrane spherical surface is connected with combustible clogging material of bailer by means of strong polymer thread for fixing the membrane to plug lower end formed after displacement of said material out of bailer, and also after performance of repair work, ignition and combustion of membrane from products of combustion of plug in its removal by combustion. EFFECT: higher efficiency of method due to simplified delivery of clogging material to bottomhole, increased adhesive strength of material, simplified design of bailer. 4 cl, 1 dwg
