FIELD: hydraulic machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for pumping oil products where requirements to safety are of vital importance. Proposed pump has front and rear covers, housing with wells accommodating driving and driven gears made integral with shafts and rotating in bearings installed in said wells, compensators with 3-like cups to compensate end face clearances between gears and bearings whose inner space is connected with delivery pressure side, and end face seal. Pump is provided with safety valve to bypass working liquid from high-pressure zone into suction zone when pressure in delivery pipeline exceeds tolerable value. Each face seal consists of step bearing installed for movement in front cover and sealed over outer surface by rubber ring, step sealed over shaft of driving gear by rubber ring and pressed to step bearing by spring installed in axial hole of driving gear shaft. Driving gear thrust at one side against fixed pin installed on driving gear shaft and at other side, against movable pin connected with step and placed in diametral hole of driving gear shaft. Rear cover is provided with bracket to fasten the pump.
EFFECT: improved reliability and safety of pump.
