FIELD: electrical power engineering, devices measuring and controlling electric values. SUBSTANCE: facility measuring ohmic conductance of insulation of individual phases and network as whole in live electric installations with voltage above 1000 V has three-phase transformers, rectifiers based on semiconductor diodes, resistors, milliammeters, voltmeter. Instruments are separated from high-voltage circuit to simplify circuitry and create safe measurement conditions. Each of three milliammeters is connected in series with resistor through its own full-wave semiconductor low-voltage rectifier and linked to low-voltage phase of secondary winding of step-down voltage transformer on the one hand and is connected to low-voltage phase of primary winding of step-up voltage transformer on the other hand. Each phase of secondary winding of step-up voltage transformer with grounded neutral is connected through resistor to semiconductor high-voltage diode, leads of semiconductor high-voltage diodes are gathered together and are connected through resistor to neutral of primary high-voltage winding of step-down voltage transformer. EFFECT: simplified circuitry and creation of safe measurement conditions by separation of instruments from high-voltage network. 1 dwg
