SUBSTANCE: contactless dc motor has barrel of diameter d made of high-heat-conductivity material that accommodates stator and rotor with shaft, end plate made of heat-and-electricity insulating material, and cylindrical switch of diameter D > d mounted on this end plate and provided with terminal block at its butt end closed with protective lid. Motor is provided with shell made of high-heat-conductivity material with stepped inner surface in diameters D and d; shell is installed in steps at diameters D and d on outer cylindrical surfaces of switch and barrel, respectively. Shell wall side opposing the bottom has n (n = 2, 3, etc.) meridian slits of width H and length X. Bracing clip is installed on outer surface of shell wall at points where it contacts outer surface of barrel. Mathematical expression for length X of meridian slits is given in description of invention. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of motor due to effective heat transfer and reliable attachment of protective lid. 1 cl, 4 dwg
