FIELD: electrical engineering; magnetocumulative or magnetoexplosive generators. SUBSTANCE: device that produces electromagnetic energy pulses using magnetic cumulation effect has transformer and magnetocumulative generator; it also includes coaxial central conductor with explosive charge and external spiral conductor with end part. Internal primary and external secondary windings of transformer are coaxially arranged above end part which is spiral in shape or is made of conductors disposed along end part generating lines. Each turn of transformer primary winding is connected by means of two current conductors to each turn or conductor of end part through open circuits at points of connection of current conductors. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 4 dwg
