SUBSTANCE: device depending for its operation on cumulative magnetic energy effect has magnetocumulative generator incorporating coaxial central conductor with explosive charge and external spiral conductor, as well as transformer whose primary and secondary windings are disposed coaxially relative to magnetocumulative generator conductors. Primary winding turns of transformer are made as extensions of spiral conductor of magnetocumulative generator in the form of loops and are disposed around device axis; secondary winding is made in the form of spiral whose turns are disposed between loop turns of primary winding.
