SUBSTANCE: method includes transfixing by needle of uterus wall in region of rib middle from opposite side of uterus tube; moving of needle to side of tmithic part of tube; introduction of needle into uterus tube on side of internal hole; straightening of tube; formation of channel inside uterus tube; introduction of catheter into channel; removal of needle; pushing of catheter from side of free end of tube through central channel; introduction of catheter from vagina; leaving of opposite end of catheter in abdominal cavity at distance of 4-5 cm from tube fimbrial part: cannulation in similar way of the from the other side. EFFECT: fully restoration of uterus tubes permeability.
