FIELD: regulation of river ice regime. SUBSTANCE: method consists in lifting of deep waters with help of air bubbles formed in release of compressed air from compressor through perforated pipelines laid on river bottom. Compressed air is released alternately through each perforated pipeline and/or through group of perforated pipelines located across river so as to create three vibration regimes of water-ice system resulting in destruction, movement and dispersal of ice formations from which ice jams are formed. Said three vibration regimes of water-ice system includes regime of stagnant water, regime of traveling wave with the stream and regime of traveling wave against the stream. EFFECT: higher efficiency of prevention of ice jams and excluded ecological impairment and impaired reliability of used equipment. 5 dwg
