FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring facilities and it can be used for weighing running cars on car electronic balance. Method includes wheel-by-wheel measuring of gross weight of running car. Gross weight of car is found by weighing and summing up separate parts of gross weights distributed among eight wheels of car. Measuring of gross weight of left-hand and right-hand sides of car is carried out additionally by weighing and summing up corresponding gross weights distributed among left-hand and right-hand wheels. Difference in load weights distributed between left-hand and right-hand sides of car relative to its wheels is found by determining difference in gross weights of car sides at its four axles. Then differences in load weights of car sides at its two bogies are determined as sum of corresponding differences of two paired axles of bogies with sings corresponding to left-hand (+) or right-hand (-) sides of car. Nonunifomity Δ of car charging at its sides is determined as sum of corresponding differences of two bogies. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 4 tbl, 3 ex, 11 dwg
