FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with noninvasive methods of diagnostics. Object is studied with penetrating radiation to detect structural functions of tested tissue demonstrating distribution of penetrating radiation in space and alteration of spectral composition of radiation. One or several desired parameters are detected: volumetric content of every tissue's type, availability and kind of pathological process to compare with corresponding structural function of known samples of biological tissues at section of structural function being sensitive to alteration of desired parameter. As structural function one may choose diagram of roentgen coherent dispersion and/or function for distribution of paired distances, or diagram of Compton dispersion, or luminescence spectrum.
