SUBSTANCE: device has at least one flow deflector allowing to deflect the flow direction in radial direction towards artery walls to increase radial gradient of velocity near artery walls with local increase of tangential stress on the internal artery wall. Flow deflector has fastening means thrusting against the internal artery wall in working state to avoid deflector contact with blood vessel wall and applying mechanical action for supporting the artery wall.
