FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of engineering and can be used in the design and manufacture of hulls, containers, reservoirs, pressure cylinders from composite material (CM) having a joint assembly, for example, with a base or with adjacent compartments. In the method, the container from the composite material comprises sheath 1 and at least one joint unit 2. Joint assembly 2 is formed by composite material packs 3 that are attached to sheath 1 and comprises a fastening armature made in the form of metal frame 4 with threaded seats 5. Threaded seats 5 are located in prismatic projections 6 made on the outer cylindrical surface of frame 4. Prismatic projections 6 are covered along their perimeter by packages 3 of composite material.
EFFECT: problem solved by the invention is to reduce the weight and length of the joint assembly.
