FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method of power bulkhead formation includes laying of cloth tapes on container in longitudinal direction. Binding tapes are bound with annular layers of cord or cloth tape, and edges of binding tapes are bent from their external side. At the distance that is equal to bulkhead width annular supports are installed with height of not less than the height of formed bulkhead. Edges of tapes are fixed in supports, and annular layers of cord are wound on tapes between supports. Then cloth tapes are laid onto annular layers of cord in longitudinal direction with overthrow and further fixing at the opposite supports. Annular layers of cord are again wound on them. Process is repeated until preset height of bulkhead is obtained. After thermal treatment of container supports are removed. Cloth tapes may be laid in longitudinal direction on container so that free ends of cloth tapes are laid in the opposite sides, and also may be chaotically installed for connection of, for instance, needle or bracket along the whole height of bulkhead or in area of bulkhead connection with container.

EFFECT: joint manufacture of container from composite materials and bulkhead, increase of reliability and strength of bulkhead fixing to the container.
