SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for accelerated diagnosis of severity degree of chronic obstructive bronchitis. The proposed method involves carrying out immunological studies with assay of indices of reactive ability of immunocompetent cells, spontaneous and lipopolysaccharide-induced interleukine-8 and tumor necrosis factor-α for diagnosis of light or median severity degree of chronic obstructive bronchitis. The advantage of invention involves accelerating method and its enhanced information content.
