FIELD: underground construction, construction and reconstruction of technological wells in process of sinking operations. SUBSTANCE: proposed process isolating zone of conducting operations-zone of underground excavation from underground water in area of technological well includes formation of sealing ice coffer-dam and ice-and-soil guard with the aid of nitrogen freezing beneath level of base of underground excavation. Process of nitrogen freezing includes stage of gradual cooling of frozen zone with gaseous nitrogen and subsequent stage of freezing with liquid nitrogen. Method of mounting and replacement of equipment of technological well is realized under protection of ice coffer-dam and ice- and-soil guard formed by process described above. Technical result of invention consist in development of safe and economical process of isolation of zone of underground excavation from underground water in area of technological well as well as development of safe and economical technology of conducting operations for construction and reconstruction of technological wells under protection of ice-and-soil coffer-dam formed by process described above.
