FIELD: construction engineering; erection of pipe lines for production of oil and gas. SUBSTANCE: proposed device is provided with sensors for monitoring polarized resistance which are mounted along oil line. Mounted in succession at inlet of section liable to corrosion are unit separating medium into oil and water and disperser with passage area controlled by polarized resistance. Disperser is formed by converging tube and two cylindrical chambers built in converging tube; converging tube and two chambers are mounted in oil line; axes of chambers are perpendicular to axis of converging tube. Cylindrical chambers divide converging tube into inlet passage of disperser and initial section of outlet passage; diffuser is elongation of this passage. Built coaxially in inlet passage of disperser is taper divider with its vertex in way of flow; generatrices of said divider and generatrices of converging tube are parallel. Each cylindrical chamber is communicated with gas supply source. Working medium enters cylindrical chambers where it is twisted interrupting flow and generating acoustic oscillations. Diffuser reduces hydraulic losses and considerable part of energy is used for increase of radiation power intensifying cavitation damage and dispersion of microorganisms causing corrosion. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of pipe line. 2 dwg
