FIELD: optics. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to deflect laser beam through considerable angle with frequency exceeding 300 Hz. Mirror on which fall of beam is envisaged is anchored on rotor capable to conduct rotary-oscillatory motion around longitudinal axis. Coaxial arrangement of springy torsion bar returning rotor to position of balance inside axial space of the latter ensures uniform distribution of loads, prevents translatory motion of members of deflector, their fatigue and residual deformation. If it is necessary to control beam in space there can be used two deflectors, for example. EFFECT: improved functional reliability of deflector. 2 dwg
