FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves giving epitracheal anesthesia. Standard oral dilator with a built-in spatula is introduced. Plastic catheter for drawing soft palatine off and 70 deg endoscope are introduced via the oral cavity into stomatopharynx. Adenoid tissue is partially removed in several steps. First, angle between posterior vomer edge and cranium base are relieved from adenoid tissue and then, pharyngeal tonsil portions adjacent to choanas are removed. Depth and the manner of adenoid proliferation into posterior nasal areas are visually determined and the portions are removed from rhinopharyngeal side. Then, adenoid portions adjacent to lateral choana edge are removed. The adenoid tissue is removed by means of adenoid forceps. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in repairing nasal; breathing with a part of tonsil retained. 2 cl
