SUBSTANCE: method involves visually examining adenoid vegetation sites through basal cavity under endoscopic control before removing adenoid tissue in the down-top direction towards rhinopharynx vault and center in lateral position with vault choanae, lateral rhinopharynx walls and acoustic tube exit examination being carried out under general anesthesia conditions.
