FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out knee joint arthroscopy examination, removing osteocartilaginous vegetations of kneepan and femur, excising injured and detached articulation cartilage. The kneepan is opened using an incision along frontal femoral surface in the inferior one third of it. Adjacent through canals are built in frontal plane and bone substance is removed. Kneepan parts separated in length are shifted after performing osteotomy in setting-in protrusions into corresponding recesses. Kneepan surface increases due to its length being increased.
