The preparation comprises an active substance xylometazoline hydrochloride and accessory substances: sodium acetate, 3% acetic acid, sodium chloride, benzethonium chloride and purified water taken in the definite ratio of components. Invention provides preparing nasal drops eliciting vasoconstrictive, anti-inflammatory and antiedematous effect that are retained on nose and throat mucosa effectively being without their irritating effect. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness and valuable medicinal properties of drops.
