FIELD: medicine, intensive cardiology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of myocardial infarction. After arresting the pain syndrome and in the presence of clinical symptoms of hypodynamia and congestion in lesser circulation actovegin is infused in the dose 0.15-0.3 mg/kg/h. During infusion blood arterial pressure, heart beat frequency and heart minute volume indices are controlled. After stabilization of hemodynamics indices infusion is ceased. The use of this treatment method allows the improvement of topical heart contractibility, indices of hemodynamics, to diminish the rise in case of the circulation decompensation.
