FIELD: petrochemical processes. SUBSTANCE: method comprises preparation of synthesis gas and passing it consecutively through liquid distillate production and distillate production separation units. Synthesis gas is obtained from above indicated emission gases, which, after furnace black production unit, are passed consecutively through emission gas purification (from carbon black traces), drying, and compression units. Liquid distillate production process is carried out at 300-330 C, pressure no higher 3.0 MPa, and flow rate 1000- 3000 h-1. EFFECT: enabled production of hydrocarbon distillate fractions from waste material. 2 cl, 1 dwg
