FIELD: alcoholic industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing raw with water, heating to temperature of sizing onset followed by electric hydraulic treatment at constant stirring. Then diluting enzyme preparations are added in the amount 3- 5% of amount of enzyme preparations that are required for starch dilution in the mixture.
