FIELD: production of alcohol of starchy raw materials. SUBSTANCE: ground triticale corn is used as raw materials. Raw materials are affected by cooking to a pulp, preliminary amylosubtilin as diluting ferment being added, its quantity is 25-35 % of total mass. Thus obtained mass is cooled and then it is affected by saccharification, the process is carried out by adding 65-75 % of amylosubtilin and with the help of glucavamorine as saccharification agent, its quantity being 75-85 % of total mass. Then fermentation together with preliminary adding of residual 15-25 % of glucavamorine takes place. EFFECT: improved efficiency of the method. 1 tbl
