FIELD: alcohol production.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes raw material blending with water, heating up to starch dissolution temperature, addition of enzymatic product containing alpha-amylase, ultrasound treatment of obtained mass for 40-60 min at 68-73°C and for 8-12 min at 90-100°C followed by saccharification and fermentation of obtained mash.
EFFECT: mash of improved quality; reduced energy consumption; accelerated process of raw material preparation.
