FIELD: mechanical engineering; engines. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rotary internal combustion engines with divided cycle. According to invention, engine contains one working (expansion) chamber and one scavenging (delivery) chamber of variable volume with rotors installed on one shaft, and gas exchange control device made in form of two rotating spools mechanically coupled with engine shaft. Expansion machine contains main combustion chambers arranged in housing of said machine, and divided combustion chambers are arranged in space of spools. Delivery chamber is connected with working chamber through check valve, air duct and scavenging channel, thus forming scavenging unit of working chamber. Scavenging and discharge channels are overlapped by body of rotor, and hollow spools of divided combustion chambers are furnished with fuel evaporators.
