FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes a tablet for very rapid and prolonged release of active substances. Tablet comprises two layers applied each on other. The first layer consists of mixture of excipients, one or some loosening agents and the active component. The first layer allows carrying out very rapid release of active substance. The second layer contacts with the first layer and it consists of biologically stable inert porous polymeric matrix where an active substance is dispersed. Tablets are made by granulation method followed by pressing. The preferable used active component is 2-ethoxymethyl-4(3H)-pteridinone. Bilayer tablets retain their kinetic indices of an active substance releasing being without dependence on the usage conditions in vivo.
