FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has guiding conic stocking having external envelope. Dilator probe and high pressure catheter are inside of the envelope. Distal end of the catheter is sealed with proximal end of the dilator probe and conic stocking. The proximal end of the catheter has adapter for connecting it to pressure source and flexible loop for fixing it on endoscope control unit. The conic stocking has wishbone-shaped guide member.
