FIELD: chemical technology, particularly, methods of distillation of liquid substances in alcohol, oil, chemical and food industries. SUBSTANCE: method is realized by heating of mixture to temperature not below mixture of gas bubbles with subsequent condensation by electrolyses with passage of d. c. having density less than that of breakdown. In this case, electrodes are subjected to effect of periodic acceleration mainly with period not exceeding polarization period with displacement amplitude of not less than 1 mcm, and, at least, one electrode is given rotary motion. Novelty consists in the fact that electric current is passed through electrodes with period equaling or lower than polarization period of electrodes, and in introduction additionally into mixture of conductance regulator from series of salts dissolving in fluid and including sodium sulfate, potassium carbonate, potassium hydroxide in amount not in excess of their solubility in mixture. In this case, a part of mixture is withdrawn from distillation zone, saturated with gas and introduced back to distillation zone. Method provides for driving-off of practically all liquid from mixture, intensification of distillation process, higher purity of distillation product, higher output of finished product, improved ecological situation due to complete utilization of raw material. EFFECT: higher efficiency of method. 2 cl
