SUBSTANCE: method for rolling leaves of leaf springs comprises steps of simultaneous cold rolling of two blanks between which calibrated mandrel is arranged; performing rolling of blank at side of open surface of blank from its mean portion towards end portions at cross motion of rolls; then drawing blanks several times through pass formed by rolls; after rolling subjecting spring leaf to tempering at temperature 400-500 C; then heating it in inductor at rate 1 - 2 degree/s; bending leaf and quenching it.
