FIELD: rocketry. SUBSTANCE: proposed expandable nozzle of rocket engine contains fixed bell mouth, expandable conical head arranged on guide cylinder, stopper, expansion drive and head fixing members. Additional guide support surface is made on stopper from side of engine combustion chamber whose length is not less than head expansion value. Support ring is installed in bell mouth in contact with stopper. Stopper is connected with guide cylinder by means of rigid member guide base on way of head travel providing its coaxial movement within wide range of disturbing side forces.
