FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining arterial blood pressure dynamics by applying every minute arterial hypertension patients monitoring among others also in performing medical examination. Difference between blood pressure values obtained by physician and preceding values obtained in the course of monitoring. The difference is compared to mean square deviation of systolic and diastolic blood pressure. The difference value being greater than the mean square deviation in modulus value, the phenomenon is considered to be revealed. Both differences being negative, hypotensive phenomenon is considered to take place. Both differences not exceeding the mean square deviation in modulus value or are of different signs, the phenomenon is considered not to be revealed. EFFECT: high accuracy in determining the phenomenon manifestations.
