FIELD: medicine, oral surgery. SUBSTANCE: one should simultaneously develop "islet- type" cutaneous-muscular fragment of 10 x 6 cm out of sternomastoid muscle and surface muscle of neck. Moreover, one should isolate external jugular vein, cross and tighten it at inferior edge of the fragment mentioned. Then it is necessary to lift external jugular vein together with this fragment. The present innovation enables to provide sufficient arterial circulation and venous blood outflow, thus, preventing fragment's ischemia and necrosis.
