FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making horizontal incision on one cheek mucous membrane at the level of lip angle and another incision on the other cheek mucous membrane at the level of oral cavity vestibule transition fold. Triangular flaps are made so, that vertically directed fragments of skin and mucosa wounds transect at an angle of 45 to 70 deg. EFFECT: improved functional and esthetic treatment results. 2 dwg
