FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: substance of invention consists that aortic arch and precava are separated. Aortic arch is perfused with preserving solution, precava is pressed and dissected, its caudal end is ligated. Clavicle periosteum is dissected with clavicles crossed in external third. Then aortic arch is crossed from two sides of branch origin, tracheal bifurcation is separated, primary bronchus are sutured and crossed, sternocleidomastoid and scrap muscles tendons are crossed by upper edge of subclavian veins and by attaching point to sternoclavicular joint and presternum. Muscle grafts rae separated cephalad, thoracic trachea is separated from esophagus by blunt-pointed method. After that mediastinal pleura is dissected from two sides, parietal pleura is dissected within cervical pleura from two sides, scalene tendons are dissected by their attachment point to first rib, subclavian artery is crossed by scalene laterals. Then formed tissue graft is moved anteriad and separated from underlying tissues to reference horizontal line through upper edge of thyroid cartilage. Tissue complex is dissected by crossing in direction to upper edge of thyroid cartilage, cricoids cartilage membrane is crossed, thyrotracheal complex is extracted. After all these measures upper end of trachea is closured with muscle graft and thyrotracheal transplant vessels are prepared.
EFFECT: production of thyrotracheal transplant and maintenance of its application life to be used for clinical allografting.
