FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has cotyloid cavity, head, neck, trochanteric part and diaphysis. Cylindrical canal is produced in trochanteric part in the upper part of diaphysis. Neck base is mounted in the cylindrical canal and is movable and fixable therein. The neck base has cylindrical shape corresponding to cylindrical canal. Screw having collar and quadratic protrusion positioned in trochanteric part hole is arranged along neck base axis. The screw collar thrusts against the internal surface of the trochanteric part surrounding the hole. The lower end of the screw has conic tail part placed in corresponding cylindrical canal recess.

EFFECT: controllable tension in pelviotrochanteric muscles.
