FIELD: fire engineering equipment, particularly outlet valve devices for fire- fighting systems carrying out independent spraying of fire-extinguishing substance which is stored under pressure into vessel. SUBSTANCE: locking-trigger device comprises central hollow rod with disc valve communicating inlet and outlet vessel orifices for sealing vessel with pressurized gas or liquid fire-extinguishing substance. The other rod end is situated into working chamber having drainage channel and is finished with spring-loaded piston. Piston hollow is sealed by valve with locking member. Valve interacts with trigger means push element. Valve closing piston hollow is in the form of diaphragm, working chamber drainage channel is closed with sealing mechanism, trigger means push element is made in the form of hollow knife, axially moving support is installed above ball of sealing mechanism.
