SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a highly efficient, reliable and easy to operate shut-off valve comprising a housing, a hollow rod, a spring-loaded piston, a drain channel, a working chamber, an inlet, a check valve, an outlet, a nozzle, a cover, wherein in the housing of the shut-off device there is a guide bore diameter, the rod has longitudinal through holes, the rod head has a conical shape with a rounded top. Besides, on the body of the shut-off and start-up device there is a pressure gauge attachment assembly, combined with a membrane safety device in one housing and a start-up valve, and the firing tube connecting the start valve with the lock and seal device cover lateral part is located in a clearly fixed position due to the bolted joint.
EFFECT: invention relates to fire-fighting equipment, namely to outlet shut-off automatic valve device installed on automatic fire extinguishing systems.
