FIELD: electric-arc plasma-type reactors for simultaneous production of melts of refractory metal materials and refractory non-metallic materials and sublimates; construction engineering; production of cement; chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed reactor-separator is provided with four side feeders having passages for introduction of part of dry raw material and forming of slag on lining in form of taper banks at boundary of melt surface. Said passages are located at angle of 90 deg. on one horizontal plane relative to each other in upper portion of chamber above melt surface. EFFECT: enhanced resistance of lining; enhanced reliability; increased capacity of furnace; improved quality of finished product; reduced power requirements. 4 cl, 2 dwg
