FIELD: well operation; applicable in measurement and control of component quantities in well production. SUBSTANCE: plant includes body accommodating measuring degassing unit with movable inlet pipeline of well production and outlet pipelines of gas and fluid with controlled shutoff members, and provided with device for vertical motion and connected with converter of force into electric signal. Plant also has gas meter, pump for fluid pumping-out, hydraulic and electric control systems and computing unit. Converter of force into electric signal is made in form of weight strain gage with S-shaped flexible member. Device for vertical motion of measuring degassing unit is used in form of roller installed on body wall and connected with lifting device. Measuring degassing unit has locking means. Plant is additionally provided with gas cleaning unit connected with gas meter and process vessel for condensate gathering, fluid flowmeter and moisture gage located on fluid line from measuring degassing unit.
