FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has hollow tube connected to longitudinal movement drive and stiletto mounted along its longitudinal axis. Working part of the hollow tube is woven and the stiletto has stopper member and is threaded on the working part length of the tube. The stiletto is screwed in into a round nut.
