FIELD: mixing devices for preparation of solutions, emulsions, suspensions and compositions of loose materials; chemical and food-processing industries; construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes reservoir movably mounted in struts and mixer mounted on drive shaft; it is additionally provided with oscillatory drive. Drive includes shaft with link mounted on it, carrier movably connected with said link and members movably connecting the carrier with reservoir. Mixer is made in form of profiled set of blades mounted in several tiers. Device makes it possible to perform two kinds of action of mixture of components: action of mixer performing circular motion over entire height of working space of reservoir and action of reservoir performing oscillatory motion at large amplitude (45 deg. and more). Proposed device ensures effective mixing of powder compositions including hardly mixable component in the amount of up to 1.0 mass-%, such as paints and varnishes.
