FIELD: mounting and restoration of pipelines. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes detachable annular housing mounted on pipeline; detachable face chuck with rotation unit; rests with drive units for moving them; cutting tools and screw pairs kinematically joined with housing. There is closed annular cavity in end of housing. Drive unit for rotating face chuck is in the form of detachable gear wheel and adjusting ring arranged in said cavity. Said gear wheel and adjusting ring are joined with face chuck by fastening members; they are fixed against axial and radial movements by means of detachable guiding ring rigidly joined with housing.
